Suitable Machining Foam Materials: This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer limited feature warranty on any subsystem if not stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Defects by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. Our warranty will thus not cover aforementioned. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are immediately available.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The included service plan contains common cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as standard decrement restoration at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, you must get your machinery improved in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is included by any of the above named plans or approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement as well as transport costs to your place, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you. The prevailing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our office including your property, should you prefer for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may differ time by time, accordingly generously analyze about call out as well as travel costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would choose to know whether the machine is set to function optically, or you only want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, our servicing plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the experts we supply. Our specialist will be able to provide you with information on whether an different or other assistance or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings have to be made for repairs or intense labour operate to be completed at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or full training courses are provided via our training centre for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is comprehended in your investment, but more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
