Suitable Machining Foam Materials: This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer constrained attribute warranty on each subsystem lest stated any other way, including on the whole machinery. Errors by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Upon demand, quotations are gladly vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a regular service. The included service plan includes everyday cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out points to to any instant a specialist provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Settlement as well as travel costs to your establishment, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are chosen to be done by you. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would choose to find out if the machine is fitted to operate optimally, or you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our servicing plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to advise if everything is in order or whether an alternative or further servicing or spare parts replacement is needed. Bookings must be made for improvements or hard labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be completed during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We offer basic and/or extensive training courses at our training centre for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, although more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. You will for this reason regularly be able to analyze the machine's assurance report and servicing history on our webpage or offline - in any way and at any term. We honour our machines assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. Ultimate advantage are insured on both the selling and service of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time.
