We supply restricted quality guarantee on any subsystem unless stated differently, including on the whole machine. Shortages by cause of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your component. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly accessible.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. Basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as general cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be invalid and void if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machine fixed in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each point a specialist offers a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and traveling costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. Our machines warranty and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. Maximal advantage are insured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
