The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, and each subsystem, we only supply bounded feature warranty unless stated differently. Errors by cause of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We would not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately vacant on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. The covered service plan includes common cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as basic ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost. It is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machinery within the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you must get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a technician offers a service at your place, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each of the above named plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Travel costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
