The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded feature warranty on the whole machine, and any subsystem if not stated differently. Shortages as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We shall not be held liable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your equipment. Therefore aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Generally damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are readily vacant on request.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The covered service plan contains everyday cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. It is required that your machine(s) is improved in the equal of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is concealed by any of the above plans or arranged by the management. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your premises and settlement if crucial, are on your account, along with the call-out cost. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. The existing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our branch and your premises, should you choose for us to come to you.Attentively inquire about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time as those fees may differ time by time without notice.If you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or would like to find out if the machine is set to operate optically, our service plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the technician we provide. Reservations should be made for repairs or intense labour function to be completed at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.Our training centre offers fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, but more improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. For this reason your machinery's guarantee report and service history will always be able to be checked in any way and at any time on our site or while disconnected. Our machines warranty and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum advantage on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
