The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined characteristic warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and defective material weaknesses are covered by the characteristic warranty. We are not responsible for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. For this reason aforementioned will not be covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Reviewing and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every three months, you should get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accommodation including travel costs to your place, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be made by you. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our workshop and your establishment, should you choose for us to go to you.Those fees may differ point by instant without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time.Whether you would choose to find out whether the machinery is fitted to function optically, or you just want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our service plan is perfect for you. No costs will apply for the technician we provide. Our experts will be able to provide you with guidance on whether an back-up or other maintenance or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is normal. Sadly, no repairs or intense labour work will be practised during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our quickest availability.Our premises offers fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved.A different barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. Analyze thus you will constantly be able to,in any way and at any time, check the machinery's assurance info and servicing history on our webpage or offline. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. Supreme benefit are protected on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
