The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained trait guarantee on any subsystem if not stated differently, including on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship including unfit equipment weaknesses are covered by the attribute warranty. We cannot be held liable for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Reviewing and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and not viable should you not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. Every time a technician offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. The experts required adjustments to be done to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you.
