The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We offer limited characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, including each subsystem if not stated differently. The feature warranty covers weaknesses due to defective components or poor craftsmanship We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your product. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.
The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. The enclosed service plan consists of common cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of double that period elseways your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. If you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction or want to find out if the appliance is set to function optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. We will not charge any cost for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or further assistance or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Unfortunately, no improvements or hard labour work will be done during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability.
Principal and/or full training courses are supplied via our premises for all machinery we sell. First primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment, although more advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been completed.
With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Review accordingly you will always be able to,in any form and at any time, analyze the machinery's assurance report and service history on our website or offline. By using the barcode we value our machinery's assurance and maintenance. This insures your maximal advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
