There is no cost for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or other service or spares replacement is needed or if everything is in order. During sustainment visits no repairs or intense labour operate will be carried out and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience.Principal and/or full training courses are supplied through our warehouse for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, although more advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode.
