Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only provide limited attribute warranty except stated differently. Defects as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly accessible on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a regular service. The included service plan contains general cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equal of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be null and not viable. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme benefit on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
