The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem except stated any other way. Weaknesses due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Therefore aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon appeal.The machinery you are going to buy needs a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes standard cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as basic ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost. When buying your machine, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, although more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been passed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will accordingly always be able to review the machine's assurance information and servicing history on our website or offline - in any way and at any instant. Our machinery's assurance and servicing are valued by us using the barcode. Ultimate advantage are secured on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
