The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship and unfit components defects are covered by the quality warranty. We would not be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily available.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a regular service. The covered service plan contains basic cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machine within the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a specialist provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except for when approved by managers or included by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement including travel costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing amount amplified by the driving distance between your establishment including our workshop, should you choose for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may change extent by time, hence generously enquire about call out including travel costs in advanceOur service plan is suited for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, or if you want to know if the machine is fitted to function optically. We will not charge any cost for the technician we supply. More improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been completed but first basic entry courses is comprehended in your machine investment.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode.
