Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem if not stated differently. The feature guarantee covers shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our fault. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately available upon demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a routine service. Investigation and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as general depletion restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and void should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is included by each of the above plans or arranged by the management. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your premises including settlement if required, are on your account. The technicians essential preparations to be carried out to get picked up as well as sent back, are preferred to be carried out by you. The existing amount is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our branch as well as your establishment, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those charges may vary extent by point without notice, so generously inquire about call out and travel costs beforehand.If you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your contentment or would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. More improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved although first primary entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. You will for this reason constantly be able to review the machinery's warranty data and service history on our website or while logged off - in any form and at any moment. We value our machinery's guarantee and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximal comfort are protected on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
