The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Common decrement restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation including transport costs to your establishment, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial.
