A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a technician offers a service at your property. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is covered by any of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the management. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation and touring costs to your place, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse and your property.Kindly seek an answer about call out including travel costs ahead of time as those fees may differ time by point without notice.If you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility or want to know if the machinery is fitted to operate optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. We will not require any fees for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to point out whether everything is normal or whether an different or further service or spares restoration is needed. Reservations should be made for repairs or hard labour operate to be done at your/our earliest availability as no improvements or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.We supply principal and/or comprehensive training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been achieved however first fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Review for this reason you will regularly be able to,in any way and at any moment, check the machinery's assurance information and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and service. This protects your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
