The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted characteristic warranty on any subsystem lest stated elseways, including on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly available.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to obtain. Standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, you should get your machinery serviced within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accommodation as well as travel costs to your place, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The preparations for the technician to get picked up including sent back are suggested to be made by you.
