The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer bounded quality warranty on any subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the whole machine. The characteristic warranty covers shortages due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our constraint. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. Analyzing and calibration, everyday cleaning , as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your property and settlement if required, are on your account. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. If you would wish for us to come to you, the existing percentage is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our place and your establishment.Beneficially enquire about call out and travel costs in advance as those costs may differ extent by point without notice.If you would prefer to know whether the machine is fitted to function optically, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our service plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we provide. Our experts will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or if an back-up or additional assistance or spare restoration is needed. Bookings have to be made for improvements or excessive labour work to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be practised during maintenance visits.Fundamental and/or complete training courses are provided through our premises for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed but first basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. Analyze accordingly you will always be able to,in any way and at any term, review the machinery's assurance information and servicing history on our website or while disconnected. Our machinery's assurance and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Ultimate advantage are insured on both the selling and assistance of your machines.
