Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer restricted attribute warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem if not stated elseways. The quality warranty covers weaknesses due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a regular service. Investigation and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not rectified within the equal of twice that period. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Unless per-approved by managers or included by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if essential, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the machine is adjusted to operate optimally. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on if an different or additional maintenance or service parts replacement is needed or if everything is normal. Unfortunately, no improvements or hard labour operate will be done during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or comprehensive training courses are supplied at our training centre for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machinery, first primary entry courses is combined in your investment, nevertheless more promoted training can be bought after the fundamental course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
