The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only provide limited trait guarantee if not stated differently. Weaknesses as a result of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your product. Aforementioned is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. The covered service plan contains general cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost.
