The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

Upon demand, quotations are readily vacant.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The included service plan includes everyday cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery serviced within every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Unless per-approved by the company or covered by any of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accommodation including touring costs to your place, coupled with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. The current amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our branch including your premises, should you choose for us to travel to you.Those charges may vary instant by instant without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out and traveling costs ahead of time.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the appliance is set to work optically. No fees will apply for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to supply you with guidance on if an different or further assistance or spare replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Sadly, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be done during a preservation visit, but a booking can be made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience.Our premises offers principal and/or extensive training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, although more promoted training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will for this reason always be able to analyze the machinery's guarantee report and servicing history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any way and at any instant. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your ultimate comfort on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
