The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide limited trait warranty on each subsystem unless stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unfit material shortages are covered by the trait warranty. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are readily available on appeal.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a specialist supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. We choose that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing rate increased by the traveling distance between your property including our premises, should you prefer for us to come to you.Beneficially enquire about call out as well as touring costs ahead of time as those charges may vary point by time without notice.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you only want our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to work optimally. No fees will be assigned for the technician we supply.
