Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We supply confined quality guarantee on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable material weaknesses are covered by the characteristic warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. For this reason aforestated would not be covered by our warranty. Definitely, damages that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. Checking and calibration, basic cleaning , as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. It is required that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be requested. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would like to know whether the machine is set to work optically, or you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, our assistance plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or additional assistance or spare restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations should be made for adjustments or excessive labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be completed during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Principal and/or comprehensive training courses are provided at our training centre for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, nevertheless more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
