The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only provide restricted feature warranty if not stated differently. The attribute warranty covers defects due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our fault. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforestated. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. Common decrement replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is supplied at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above plans or approved by the management, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, traveling costs to your property and settlement if crucial, are on your account. Review accordingly you will constantly be able to,in any manner and at any instant, check the machines guarantee report and maintenance history on our site or while logged off.
