Quality Warranty: We offer confined quality warranty on the entire machine, and any subsystem unless stated differently. The attribute guarantee covers shortages by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a specialist supplies a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would like to know whether the appliance is fitted to function optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, our assistance plan is here for you. No fees will be assigned for the technician we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an back-up or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Bookings must be made for improvements or hard labour function to be completed at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training centre offers fundamental and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell.
