The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply constrained attribute warranty on any subsystem except stated differently, and on the entire machinery. Errors by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We are not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product. Thus aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on request.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a routine service. Standard depletion restoration at a minimum cost, investigation and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is required that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and void. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months, you should get your machine serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a technician offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accommodation as well as touring costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing rate increased by the driving distance between your establishment and our branch, should you prefer for us to go to you.Kindly analyze about call out as well as travel costs beforehand as those fees may differ extent by extent without notice.If you would choose to know whether the machinery is adjusted to function optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our service plan is here for you.
