Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded characteristic warranty on each subsystem if not stated otherwise, and on the whole machinery. The quality warranty covers weaknesses by reason of faulty components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly accessible on request.Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Investigation and positioning, general cleaning , as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective should you not service your machinery in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every three months, you should get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.

A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the the company. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accommodation and touring costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We choose that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. When buying your machine, first basic entry courses is included in your purchase, nevertheless more improved training can be bought after the principal course has been completed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly always be able to check the machine's guarantee information and service history on our site or while logged off - in any manner and at any time.
