Quality Warranty: For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only supply limited trait guarantee if not stated any other way. Shortages due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our fault. Therefore aforementioned shall not be covered by our warranty. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each instant a technician offers a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. We will not require any fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an back-up or further maintenance or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations should be made for improvements or hard labour operate to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits.
