The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give restricted quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem except stated differently. The quality guarantee covers defects by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Therefore aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that are not covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are readily available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. The included service plan includes common cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equal of dual that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you should get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Anytime a service is supplied at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or approved by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement and transport costs to your property, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if required. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. Regretfully, no repairs or intense labour work will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Principal and/or complete training courses are supplied via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved although first primary entry courses is combined in your machine purchase.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will accordingly constantly be able to review the machine's warranty report and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any style and at any moment. Our machinery's guarantee and service are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
