The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded feature warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit equipment errors are covered by the quality guarantee. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your product. Therefore aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. Standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any instant a technician provides a service at your premises. Lest approved by management or enclosed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Transport costs to your property as well as settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be done by you. The prevailing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our place including your premises, should you desire for us to go to you.Attentively enquire about call out as well as travel costs in advance as those fees may vary extent by extent without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optically. Bookings must be made for improvements or hard labour operate to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits.We provide basic and/or extensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, but more promoted training can be bought after the principal course has been completed.A individual barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will thus always be able to analyze the machine's warranty data and service history on our site or offline - in any style and at any time. Our machines warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Supreme advantage are protected on both the selling and service of your machines.
Seeing that the quotation above concerns our recent model, the climax, specs and additions are applicable thereto. Beneficially inquire from our sales representative as to the year model recited.
