The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only supply limited characteristic warranty except stated otherwise. Meaning, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you should get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays. costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee.
