The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained quality warranty on each subsystem unless stated elseways, as well as on the entire machine. Errors due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our constraint. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as everyday decrement replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machine rectified within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged unless the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out fee, transport costs to your establishment and accommodation if necessary, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be done by you. If you would prefer for us to come to you, the prevailing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our workshop and your establishment.Attentively seek an answer about call out as well as travel costs beforehand as those charges may change extent by extent without notice.If you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind or want to know if the machinery is set to work optimally, our maintenance plan is suited for you. You will thus evermore be able to check the machinery's warranty information and service history on our website or while logged off - in any style and at any moment. We honour our machines warranty and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate benefit on both the selling and servicing of your machines.
