The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained characteristic warranty on the whole machine, along with each subsystem lest stated elseways. Defects due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't liable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforementioned. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan includes basic cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Anytime a technician provides a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement including travel costs to your establishment, coupled with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial.
