The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem except stated otherwise. Errors by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on demand.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a routine service. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of double that period elseways your service warranty will be worthless and ineffective. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, it is required that you get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any point a technician provides a service at your premises. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is concealed by each of the above plans or accepted by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Touring costs to your premises including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. You will accordingly regularly be able to analyze the machinery's assurance info and assistance history on our webpage or offline - in any style and at any instant. We honour our machinery's warranty and assistance by using the barcode. This secures your supreme convenience on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
