The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted attribute warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship as well as faulty equipment shortages are covered by the trait guarantee. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Basic depletion restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and calibration as well as general cleaning are covered in the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, elseways your service guarantee will be null and void. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Every time a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Unless arranged by management or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out fee, travel costs to your property including accommodation if essential, are on your account.
