The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained feature warranty on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, and on the entire machine. Defects by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We aren't at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are readily available.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The enclosed service plan contains standard cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as basic depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you.
