The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined feature guarantee on the entire machine, along with each subsystem except stated any other way. Defects as a result of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We would not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly vacant on demand.Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan consists of basic cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, you must get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each point a specialist offers a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation as well as touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if necessary.
