The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined quality warranty on the whole machine, along with each subsystem lest stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We are not at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your component. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be promptly available upon inquiry.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Reviewing and calibration, common cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and not viable should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you must get your machine rectified in every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months or your guarantee will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician supplies a service at your place. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or per-approved by the managers. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Travel costs to your premises including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee. The technicians required adjustments to be made to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be done by you. The current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our premises and your property, should you recommend for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may change instant by extent, therefore attentively seek an answer about call out including transport costs ahead of timeIf you just want our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to function optimally, our service plan is here for you. No costs will be assigned for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our specialist whether an alternative or further service or spares replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Reservations have to be made for repairs or intense labour function to be practised at your/our quickest availability as no reconstruction or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.We supply fundamental and/or full training courses via our warehouse for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine investment, although more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been passed.With all our mainline of machinery's a different barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to analyze the machine's guarantee info and assistance history on our database or offline - in any way and at any instant. By using the barcode we value our machinery's warranty and maintenance. This secures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and maintenance of your machines.
