The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, and any subsystem, we only offer bounded trait warranty if not stated any other way. The trait guarantee covers shortages as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Regularly deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately available on demand.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. Common decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and void. This is to say, you have to get your machine improved within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to any point a specialist offers a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be required lest the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your place and accommodation if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back.
