Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded quality warranty on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated any other way. Weaknesses as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We are not liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your machine. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as general decrement replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, it is crucial that your machinery is improved within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service warranty will be useless and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any point a technician offers a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is included by any of the above plans or confirmed by the the company. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. You will for this reason always be able to check the machine's guarantee information and service history on our website or offline - in any form and at any term. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and maintenance. This insures your maximum benefit on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
