Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including defective components weaknesses are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Accordingly aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be promptly accessible upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Analyzing and arrangement, general cleaning , as well as general depletion restoration at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan.
