The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide bounded trait guarantee lest stated differently. Shortages by reason of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. For this reason aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Certainly, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. The covered service plan includes common cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as basic wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machinery within the chosen service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. At the instant of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, touring costs to your premises as well as settlement if necessary, are on your account.
