The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined attribute guarantee on each subsystem unless stated differently, and on the entire machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unreliable components errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We will not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are readily available on request.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a routine service. The covered service plan includes standard cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as basic wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and void if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning that in which case we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machine rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.

More promoted training can be bought after the basic course has been finished but first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will thus regularly be able to check the machine's assurance info and servicing history on our website or while disconnected - in any manner and at any instant. We honour our machinery's guarantee and assistance by using the barcode. This protects your supreme benefit on both the selling and service of your machinery's.
