Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature warranty on the whole machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated any other way. Defects due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We are not responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Analyzing and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as common depletion restoration at a minimal cost are included in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective. This is to say that within which case we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months, it is required that you get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.

During preservation visits no repairs or intense labour work will be completed and reservations can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.We offer principal and/or extensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, but more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been achieved.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. You will for this reason always be able to review the machinery's guarantee information and assistance history on our database or offline - in any way and at any instant. We honour our machines assurance and maintenance by using the barcode. Maximum comfort are ensured on both the selling and service of your machines.
