The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

Your service warranty will be worthless and not viable if you do not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machinery improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is provided at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except when approved by managers or covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days. costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, along with the call-out fee.
