The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply constrained attribute warranty except stated differently. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.The machinery you are going to buy requires a regular service. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and void. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the managers. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place including accommodation if required, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to go to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the traveling distance between our workshop including your premises.Those fees may differ time by time without notice, so beneficially inquire about call out and travel costs beforehand.If you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility or want to find out if the appliance is fitted to work optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our specialist if an alternative or additional servicing or spare restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings should be made for adjustments or intense labour work to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits.Our training centre offers basic and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, although more improved training can be bought after the primary course has been completed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. You will for this reason evermore be able to review the machine's assurance info and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any manner and at any term. We value our machinery's warranty and assistance by using the barcode. Maximal convenience are secured on both the reselling and servicing of your machinery's.
