The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The covered service plan includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a specialist supplies a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. Lest per-approved by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we supply. Regrettably, no adjustments or hard labour operate will be carried out during a preservation visit, but a booking should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.Our premises offers fundamental and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, although more promoted training can be bought after the basic course has been finished.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode.
