The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be made by you. If you would wish for us to come to you, the current amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our office including your place.Kindly analyze about call out including transport costs beforehand as those fees may vary point by point without notice.If you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or want to know if the machinery is set to function optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No fees will be implemented for the specialist we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or other servicing or spare parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. During maintenance visits no improvements or excessive labour work will be done and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest availability.We give fundamental and/or overall training courses via our training facility for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been achieved but first principal entry courses is combined in your machine purchase.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Thus your machinery's guarantee information and servicing history will always be able to be checked in any form and at any term on our webpage or while disconnected. Our machinery's guarantee and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
