The included service plan includes everyday cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is crucial that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician supplies a service at your place. A call-out fee will be required except when the call-out is concealed by any of the above mentioned plans or approved by the management. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Transport costs to your premises including settlement if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost.
