The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised a gantry and is only designed and built for machining foam materials, which generally are considered as plastic or rubber formed by trapping pockets of gas. Any material that cannot be sliced by knife or by hand is considered too hard and is NOT allowed to be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited attribute warranty on any subsystem except stated any other way, and on the entire machinery. Defects by cause of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine is not our responsibility. Thus aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly vacant.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. General depletion replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and void if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not rectified in the equal of double that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your place. Lest arranged by management or included by each of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your property including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, along with the call-out fee. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our warehouse and your establishment.Those charges may change extent by time without notice, so generously inquire about call out including transport costs beforehand.Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, or if you want to know if the machine is set to function optimally. No costs will apply for the technician we supply. Our specialist will be able to supply you with advice on whether an back-up or additional servicing or spares reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Sadly, no adjustments or excessive labour operate will be practised during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience.We provide basic and/or full training courses via our training facility for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be bought after the primary course has been passed but first primary entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. Therefore your machinery's guarantee information and maintenance history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any instant on our webpage or while logged off. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and service of your machinery's.
Seeing that the reference above pertains to our advanced model, the focus points, specifications and accessories are applicable thereto.
