Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We provide limited attribute warranty on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, and on the entire machinery. Shortages by reason of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Therefore aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Reviewing and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. When a service is offered at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out charge.
